QC Profile

Our common aspiration is to ensure that our products and services meet the requirements of our customers. Therefore, we perform quality control strictly in accordance with ISO9001, CE, ISO14001 and other international standards.
All raw materials, components, accessories, and parts undergo in-house quality control. Procedural discipline and inspection procedures are strictly implemented in the manufacturing process, thereby achieving the perfect combination of self-conscious control and equipment assurance.
Our testing items include:
1. Part fault testing
2. Fuel tank pressure testing
3. Bolt tightening torque testing
4. Paint thickness testing
5. Voltage bearing and insulation testing
6. Noise testing
7. Loading testing
The generators have undergone a 4-hour load test for running at 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%, and 110%. All protective devices and control functions are simulated and checked before dispatch. The test certificate should be provided.
