60kW Diesel generator Deutz diesel engine generator with 120A Wall-mounted ATS Box

 

The basic configuration for a diesel genset powered by a Deutz diesel engine includes:

  1. A brand-new Deutz water-cooled diesel engine with 4 cylinders and turbocharging.
  2. A brand-new AC alternator from STAMFORD / Leroy Somer / Mecc Alte / TECGEN, with ratings of 230/400V (confirmable and customizable), 3-phase, 50Hz, 1500Rpm, 0.8 power factor, IP23 protection, and H insulation class.
  3. A radiator with an engine-driven fan, mounted on a skid for efficient cooling.
  4. The genset is equipped with a DEIF SGC-420 auto start control panel from Denmark, conveniently mounted on the set.
  5. The set includes a CHNT brand circuit breaker for reliable electrical protection.
  6. Anti-vibration mountings are used to reduce vibrations and ensure smooth operation.
  7. The genset features a 12/24V DC electric start system, utilizing VARTA brand lead-acid type starting batteries.
  8. Industrial silencers with flexible connections and elbows are included for noise reduction.
  9. A base fuel tank is integrated into the genset, providing 8 hours of running time and equipped with a fuel gauge on the base frame.
  10. The genset comes with a test report, a set of drawings, and operation and maintenance manuals (O&M manuals).
  11. A standard tool kit is provided for basic maintenance and servicing.
