SDEC series generator sets choose SDEC diesel engines assembled with TECGEN (Copy Stamford Alternator) or other famous brand alternators like Stamford, Leroy Somer, Mecc Alte, and adopt intelligent liquid crystal display control system (Smartgen Genset Controller). Its have the advantages of small size, light weight, low fuel consumption, high power reserve, reliable operation, superior spare parts supply and convenient maintenance. The Power range from 10kVA to 1000kVA as 24-hour uninterrupted power or standby, emergency power station.
FAQ
1. What is your warranty period?
One and a half year or 1500 running hours whichever comes first. But based on some special projects, we can extend our warranty period.
2. Does your diesel generator have a global warranty?
Yes, most of our products like Cummins and Perkins power generators enjoy the global warranty service. And the alternators we use like Leroy Somer, and Stamford Marathon also enjoy the global warranty service, so you do not need to worry about the after-sales service.
3. Can you accept OEM?
Yes. we can accept OEM for the genset you order.
4. What are your payment terms?
We can accept T/T 30% in advance, and the balance 70% shall be paid before shipment or L/C at sight L/C deferred payment terms or West union.
5. What is your delivery time?
Our normal delivery time is about 5-10 days. But if your order is some special engine and alternator, then the delivery time is longer.
